Well balanced and full bodied sparkling fruit wines from France . Made from raw unfiltered fruit juice, these wines are brewed with care and precision and carbonated using champenoise method just like dry apple ciders. Different varieties of each fruit are used to obtain the perfect flavor. They can be used as such or in cocktails.
Exclusively produced from fruits, with no added alcohol , no sugar , no fruit concentrate and no carbonated water. Fermented to 12 degrees. Our fruit wines are semi-sweet and retain a nice fruit flavour like the best ciders. Selection available: Rhubarb wine, yellow plum wine, red currant wine, raspberry wine.
