Plum Kernel Oil

Plum kernel oil is a new and innovative gourmet oil made with the kernel inside the pit of the plum. The typical flavour of this virgin oil is used to add a finish accent to food preparations . It enhances the taste of bakeries, salad dressing and fish and sauce with a fruity but delicate almondy, marzipan taste and aroma . Produced with kernels of d'agen prunes from South-West France, plum oil is used by quality restaurants in France.
