With a few drops, prune almond oil transforms food seasoning.
Cold pressed from the almond inside the kernel of prune, prune oil has a powerful and sweet perfume of bitter almond oil and marzipan , so familiar in desserts. Use it to flavour chocolate cream or fruits (strawberry, pear, grapefruit) . Also try it with sweet pancakes. As for salty preparations, a few drops drizzled on st-jacques shells or used with foie gras will do wonders...
